Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Products damaged by misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
